Members also have the option to skip a payment on their credit cards during the months of April, May and June if eligible.

When you receive your statement, the payment due will show as $0.00 and no payment is due for the billing period.

You may still choose to make a payment on your credit card. Finance charges will continue to accrue at the normal rate if you opt to skip your payment.

Dear UKFCU Members:

I sincerely hope this communication finds you and your family well. So much has changed in our world during the past few weeks. What I will tell you is that, first and foremost, our concern is for the well-being of our members. UK Federal Credit Union is a strong and financially healthy credit union, with total assets now in excess of $1 Billion. We are continuing to operate normally, with all locations open except for the Student Center Branch on UK's campus. We are following the CDC guidelines, as well as those of our Governor. A large number of our administrative and support staff are working remotely as we adhere to social distancing recommendations. In response to Covid-19, is offering free weekly reports from Experian, Equifax and Transunion now through April 2021. For more information and to access your credit report, visit

*Members must be in good standing. Member will subject to a Skip a Payment Fee of $29.00. First Mortgages, Home Equity Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit, Cash Advantage Loans, Commercial Loans, Certificate Secured Loans and Note Loans are not eligible. Deferral of the scheduled payment will result in a higher total finance charge and extend the term of the loan. Member cannot have any charged-off shares, defaulted courtesy payment plans; delinquent credit card. Members may skip no more than one payment on an eligible loan in a rolling calendar year. This will count skips processed during the COVID-19 Relief Period. This will count any extension agreements in a rolling calendar year. Offer valid through June 30, 2020.
