Can you get me a copy of my credit report?

How do I change my address?

There are several ways to change your address:


  • In Online Banking or Mobile Banking. Select "Settings" in the menu list, followed by "Manage Contact Info."
  • By Mail - Send your new address to us in the mail. You must include your signature on the request. Our mailing address is:

  • By Fax. Fax your signed address change request to 859-264-4202.
  • In Person. You can always stop by a branch location and meet with us personally. - Bring a photo ID such as a Driver's License for identification and a representative will be glad to update your information. Go to our hours and locations page to find a branch near you!
Where can I access tax forms online?

Tax forms will be sent to your address by mail if you are not opted-in to eStatements. 

If you have tax forms waiting for you, you can view your tax forms online by logging into your Online Banking account and selecting "Statements" and then "Access Statements." Once you select which account you would like to view, your yearly and monthly statements will be available for review or to print.

Can I deposit coins in a branch?

We absolutely will accept coin deposits! In fact, we have coin counting machines at all our locations to accommodate our members. Members may use coin counting machines up to $300 per month at no charge.
