What if I don't see my contact information to send a one-time code?

If you do not see your updated contact information as an option to receive this one time code, you’ll need to contact us to update this information.

Once you are enrolled in online banking, you can keep your contact information current by updating it under the "Settings" tab and then selecting "Manage Contact Info."

How do I login into the new Online Banking system if I'm an existing Business Account user?

If you have a business account and are an existing user of online banking, you can bypass the enrollment process when logging into our new online banking system for the first time.

Instead, you will login with your existing username and password. On the initial login, you will be required to update your password to meet new security requirements.

How do I enroll in online banking for my business account?

If you have never enrolled for digital banking services with UKFCU and are a business account rather than a personal or DBA account, enroll here. You’ll then enter all required information including member number, TIN/EIN, business name, information about you, and your desired login ID.

Business accounts are not enabled immediately and require Credit Union review prior to approval. New business enrollments will be reviewed each business day and approved accordingly, but you may contact the Credit Union if you need access sooner.

How do I log into the new online banking system?

When accessing our new online banking platform for the first time, members will need to enroll their personal account, even if you were previous user of online banking.

You’ll then be sent a unique, one time passcode to verify your identity. Once you input the code, you’ll be able to choose a password.

You will need your 10 digit member account number and social security number to enroll in the new online banking system. If you have a joint account, each member will have their own login ID and password and will need to use their individual SSN when enrolling.

How do I pay my car loan online?

The easiest way to pay your auto loan online is through online or mobile banking.

  • Select the "Make a Payment" tab and then select "Loan Payment."
  • Select which account you want the payment to come from. You may select a UKFCU account or link an external account from a different financial institution.
  • Complete the remaining prompts.

If you don't have online or mobile banking, you may also pay your auto loan online for free using our PAY NOW service.

Can I get a printout of my statement online?

Yes you can! Click on the "Statements" tab in online banking. Then select the "Access Statements." Select the account for which you would like to view estatements. From there, just select the month of the statement you would like to view!

The statement for that month will appear and you can right click with your mouse and print.

To enroll in eStatements, login to Online Banking and click on the "Statements." To enroll follow the instructions below:

From here, you will be able to select which accounts you would like to enroll in e-statements by switching the respective dropdown menu to "Electronic Statements," accepting the e-statement delivery disclosure and selecting "Submit."

How do I sign up for online banking?

To enroll in online banking, select "Login," located in the top right section of our website. From there, select "Register Here," (EXAMPLE IMAGE.) You will then fill out the required information.

You will then be sent a unique, one-time code. Once you have received and input the code, you will create your password. Make sure to register your device as you login so you don't have to complete the identity verification process each time you log into online banking.

How can I make a loan payment to another financial institution using online banking?

Our online banking system allows you to make payments online using Bill Pay. Click the "Bill Payment" tab and click "Pay by Check (ACH)". From here, click "Add Payee" and complete the corresponding information.

How do I make credit card payments online?

To pay your credit card using either mobile or online banking, you will need to complete the following steps:

  • Select "Card Controls" from the menu list.
  • Next, select "Credit Card Mgmt."
  • Complete the four fields of information required to make your payment and click "Submit."

 

How do i find my account number?

If you need your account number, this can be found by clicking on your savings account tile on the home screen and selecting the "details" tab. From there, your full account number will be displayed.

You may also pay your credit card statements using the same prompts in mobile banking or on our website using the PAY NOW quick link.

Can I set up my online banking to automatically deduct my loan payment?

You can set up loans to be automatically paid.

  • Click the "Make a Payment" tab then
  • Click the "Loan Payments" tab.
  • Complete the required information.
  • Then click the "Make this recurring" box to the right.
  • Click "Submit."
How do I deposit checks online?

With UKFCU's mobile banking app you can deposit checks with your phone. Open the app and log-in. Click on "Make a Deposit" then "Deposit Account".

Type in the Amount to Deposit. Then take a photo of the front of the check and the back of the check. Endorse the check with your signature, account number and "For eDeposit Only"

Click the "Submit" button and you are done. UKFCU recommends voiding the check after two weeks.

How can I view my account balances online?

To view account balances online you must log into Online Banking. Don't have online banking? Sign up today!

Once you are set up with online banking, you may also view your balances in our mobile app

If you currently use online banking you are ready to go. Just login to view your account balances.

What do I do If I have been locked out of online banking?

If you have been locked out of online banking you must contact us. For your security we will lock out anyone who is unsuccessful in multiple attempts to log into your account. We want to verify it's you who is trying to access the account and will ask personal information to reset the account login information.

How do I get a copy of my statement?

You may view your statement onine. Log-in to Online Bankingclick on the "Statements" tab in online banking. Then select "Access Statements." Select the account for which you would like to view e-statements. From there, select the month of the statement you would like to view!

Go to the online banking login page and click Forgot Password and follow the prompts.
