The UK Credit Union Annual Meeting for 2025 will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 4 p.m. at the UKCU Corporate Headquarters located at 1730 Alysheba Way, Lexington, KY 40509. If you plan to attend, please RSVP here.

2025 Board Nominees

Each year we elect members to the Board of Directors. As directed by the Credit Union's By-Laws, the Governance Committee has fulfilled its charge by nominating a candidate for each upcoming vacancy. Currently, there are no vacancies for 2026.


Nomination by Petition

Pursuant to the Credit Union’s bylaws, members may be nominated for vacancies on the Board of Directors by petition. For the calendar year 2026, there are no vacancies.  If there were vacancies, a petition must be signed by at least 500 members of the Credit Union. The submitted petition must be accompanied by a statement of the nominee’s qualifications and a signed certificate from the nominee stating that he or she is agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected.
