Associate Vice President of Digital Banking

(Lexington, KY) UK Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Rosalind Parks as Associate Vice President of Digital Banking. 
In this role, Rosalind will lead initiatives to elevate the UKFCU member experience through innovative digital solutions, ensuring that products and services continue to reflect member feedback and evolving financial needs.

As Associate Vice President of Digital Banking, Rosalind's top priority will be enhancing the member experience through strategic product development and innovation. She is focused on creating solutions that simplify the way members manage their finances, while keeping pace with their changing needs.

Rosalind brings a strong background in financial services and digital transformation. Her previous experience includes commercial client support, fraud product implementation, and business analysis. She has served as both a project manager and technology consultant for commercial and corporate clients seeking ERP conversions and payment solutions. Most recently, she excelled as a digital product owner, where she launched applications designed to streamline data collection and improve self-service, all while serving as a dedicated customer advocate.

In addition to her professional achievements, Rosalind has been actively involved in industry leadership. For the past two years, she has served as Vice President of Special Projects for the Project Management Institute – Central Alabama Chapter, where she has organized events that deliver tangible value to members. Among her contributions is the annual Professional Development Day, which provides project management professionals with opportunities to expand their knowledge, network with peers, and earn certification credits.
