Check deposits can be made directly through our mobile app. Once you've logged into the app, select the Mobile Deposit link. From there, select the account you would like to make your deposit into, enter the amount of the check and take a picture of both the front and back sides of the check.

Make sure to endorse your check "For E-deposit Only" plus your signature and UKFCU account number.

Once you make the capture, the full check amount will deposit within two business days or less based on your deposit history and length of membership.

  Yes! You can pay your UKFCU auto loan by setting up an external transfer. Just follow the steps below:

  • Login into online banking and click External Transfer
  • Select Add External Account
  • You will then  be prompted to receive a one-time PIN number for verification
  • You will then add the routing number and account number from your other financial institution and select whether it is a savings or checking.
  • You will receive two micro-deposits into your external bank account within 1 to 2 business days. 
  • Log back into your UKFCU online banking account and select "Verify" under status. Confirm the micro-deposit amounts. 
  • Once the account is verified and the status is "Active" you can start scheduling transfers.
  • These transfers can be scheduled into your savings or checking account or directly towards a loan.

If you have lost your Credit Card please call 1-800-449-7728. Generally, it takes 7-10 business days for you to receive your replacement credit card. If you need it sooner, call us to review options.

If you have lost your Debit Card, call us at 859-264-4200 or 800-234-8528 as soon as possible. We can generally replace it with an instant-issue card at any branch location. If branch access is not convenient, it generally takes 7 to 10 business days for a replacement to arrive via mail.

To make a credit card payment through online banking, click on the Accounts tab then scroll down to your credit card loan account and click More Details then click Make a Payment on the credit card account home page.

You can also make a payment through the mobile app by selecting the Transfer Money option listed in the mobile application menu. From there you can transfer funds from your account directly to your credit card balance.

Our online banking system allows you to make payments online using Bill Pay. Click the Bill Pay tab and click Add a Company or Person to Pay and follow the instructions.

  • Pick the bill you'd like to pay.

We do accept International Wires, however we do not offer external International Wire Transfers.

With UKFCU's mobile banking app you can deposit checks with your phone. Open the app and log-in. Click on "Mobile Deposit" then "Choose Account". Type in the Amount to Deposit. Then take a photo of the front of the check and the back of the check. Endorse the check with your signature, account number and "For eDeposit Only" Click the "Submit" button and you are done. UKFCU recommends voiding the check after two weeks.

To activate a gift card, you can go to the prepaid Visa Card section of our website and follow the prompts. Or you can follow this link for direct access

Once you have logged in with your gift card, please follow these steps to ensure activation:

1. Choose "Register Card" from the dropdown menu

2. Hit "Go"

3. Enroll your cardholder information

Funds can only be transferred internationally from UKFCU Business Accounts.
Personal Accounts are unable to wire funds internationally. 

Both Business and Personal Accounts can receive internal wires from abroad.
